Pictured here are the masterminds behind the two-headed monster called Dorky Porky BBQ. He is known for his meat-smoking expertise, while she is known for her creativity in the kitchen and excellent baking abilities. If you’ve followed our page for a while, or if you’ve stopped by to purchase food from us, you’ve likely eaten her homemade barbecue sides or you’ve seen her always-evolving menu of desserts.
I’m not entirely sure if her kitchen talents have been there from early on, or if being a frugal mother of three boys forces one to learn how to bake cakes and treats and other delicious sweets. All I know is that over the years I have seen many, many pies, cakes, cupcakes, and other sugar-coma-inducing items whipped up from scratch, and it still blows my mind to this day that she’s able to effortlessly produce such artistic culinary creations.
Don’t be alarmed, the desserts aren’t going anywhere, but I gotta ask: who else thinks Mrs. Dorky’s sweets could exist as a standalone business?
