Thank you to everyone who stopped in today! We were blessed with a hungry mob as soon as we opened the doors, and we worked through some initial kinks to provide the kind of service shown in our reviews.
We love this kind of work, but we also know that the best opportunities in life come with some of the biggest challenges.
No matter what business you’re in, sometimes you’ll fail to please a customer. Today, we disappointed a few folks who came in ready to eat but didn’t because we had sold out of something they love.
You’ll get that on them big jobs, but we want to sincerely apologize to any folks we disappointed today. We are taking in all the data necessary to adjust our cooking quantities as time goes forward.
